Matthew McGill

Matthew McGill has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Manager at BrickTop's Restaurant since October 2016. Prior to this role, Matthew held a managerial position at Doherty Enterprises, specifically at Applebee's, from April 2015 to October 2016. Additionally, Matthew served as Kitchen Manager at Tin Pan Alley from April 2004 to April 2015. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Niagara University, obtained between 2012 and 2014, as well as an Associate's degree in the same field from Niagara County Community College, completed from 2010 to 2012.
