Jacob Crowe

Jacob Crowe has extensive experience in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Brickyard Healthcare since October 2019. Previously, Jacob held positions as a Senior Talent & Retention Specialist and Regional Talent & Retention Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager/Recruiter at HireLevel from March 2018 to October 2019, and as a Staffing Coordinator at Effex Management Solutions from January 2017 to March 2018. Jacob’s career began in human resources as a Human Resources Specialist with the Indiana National Guard from September 2011 to September 2017. Jacob holds a degree from the University of Southern Indiana, where studies were completed from August 2009 to May 2011.
