Megan Downing

Megan Downing currently serves as an Event Manager at Dynamic Events, Inc. since June 2024 and has been a Lead Assistant at Bridal Bliss since February 2021, contributing to the planning and execution of dream weddings through strong creative and organizational skills. Prior experience includes roles as Program and Events Manager at Cadence 3, where Megan conceptualized and executed diverse events while managing budgets and reporting, and as Event Coordinator for Microsoft, overseeing corporate events and adapting to virtual formats during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier experiences include leadership positions at Oki Golf and Delta Gamma, along with an educational background from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Strategic Communications and a minor in Hospitality Business Management.
