Rob James

Rob James is currently the Quality Assurance Lead at Bridge Academy Trust and holds the title of Deputy CEO/Director of Secondary. With a background as an Ofsted Lead Inspector at Ofsted, Executive Headteacher at Notley High School & Braintree Sixth Form and Ramsey Academy, and CEO of NEMAT at North Essex Multi Academy Trust, Rob brings extensive experience in education leadership. Additionally, Rob served as A Level Chief Examiner & Chair of Examiners at AQA. Rob holds a NPQ Executive Leadership degree from the UK Government Department for Education, a PGCSE in Secondary Education and Teaching, and a BA Hons in Human Movement Studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
