Wai Yee Lam

Wai Yee Lam currently serves as the Manager of Learning and Development for APAC at Bridge Data Centres, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Wai Yee held the role of Assistant Manager at Tan Tock Seng Hospital from October 2023 to April 2024 and returned to Bridge Data Centres in a managerial capacity from August 2022 to March 2023. Prior experience includes positions such as Assistant Learning & Development Manager at China Mobile International Limited and various roles at PageGroup, including Learner Engagement Manager and Regional Talent Development Specialist. Additional experience encompasses roles at Danone, IN.FOM Asia, Bite Communications (S) Pte Ltd, Hewlett-Packard Singapore, and GolinHarris International Pte Ltd. Wai Yee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University and completed further education through the Singapore Human Resource Institute.
