Alan Nelson

Alan Nelson is the current Managing Director of Asset Management Bridge Multifamily at Bridge Investment Group. Prior to this, they were an Asset Manager at The Wolff Company from June 2013 to February 2018. Previously, they were the Regional Vice President at ConAm Management from February 2008 to June 2013. Before that, they were a Regional Manager at Camden Property Trust from August 1998 to February 2008. Their first job in property management was as a District Manager at Metric Property Management from March 1990 to July 1998.

They work with Parker Anderson - Director, Bridge Multifamily, John Montgomery - Director, Bridge Multifamily, and Rick Andrus - Managing Director of Dispositions, Bridge Multifamily. Their manager is Colin Apple, Partner, Co-Chief Investment Officer, Bridge Multifamily.
