Rick Andrus

Rick Andrus is the managing director of dispositions for Bridge Multifamily at Bridge Investment Group. Rick has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in commercial loan portfolio analysis, loan restructuring, loan foreclosures, and property dispositions.

Andrus began their career in 1980 as an acquisition analyst for Equitec Financial Group. Rick then spent four years as the senior vice president of Fi-Tech Financial, where they oversaw the company's commercial mortgage division and developed multiple lending relationships. In 1986, they joined Cal America Savings as vice president and directed the loan work out group. Andrus has been with Bridge Investment Group since 1989.

Rick Andrus received their undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and their law degree from Golden Gate University.

Rick Andrus reports to Colin Apple, Partner, Co-Chief Investment Officer, Bridge Multifamily. They are on a team with John Montgomery - Director, Bridge Multifamily, Alan Nelson - Managing Director Asset Management Bridge Multifamily, and Holden Latimer - Director, Bridge Multifamily.
