Jennifer Oats

Jennifer Oats serves as Director of Property Management for Bridge Commercial Real Estate. Jennifer has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate management and currently manages 2.9 million square feet of assets in Atlanta. Prior to joining Bridge, Jennifer served as the Senior Vice President of Property Management at Jackson Oats Shaw Corporate Real Estate. As Jackson Oats Shaw’s Senior Vice President of Property Management, she led a team of over 35 property managers and building engineers and oversaw operations for the firm’s 43 building portfolio in excess of four million square feet. Jennifer began her commercial real estate career at Jones Lang LaSalle in late 2001 where she managed a 1+ million square foot class A office campus in North Atlanta. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science, Pre-Law Degree from Culver-Stockton College, Canton, Missouri.
