Matthew Beam

Matthew Beam serves as Director of Asset Management for Bridge Office. His scope of institutional real estate experience includes acquisitions, asset management, debt/equity placement, and dispositions. Prior to joining Bridge in June 2018, Matthew was an Associate with HFF where he was involved with the placement of over $1.1 billion of debt/equity capital through 70 transactions across the United States. Prior to joining HFF in 2013, Matthew began his commercial real estate career as an Associate at SitusAMC, conducting underwriting, due diligence, and securitization efforts for multiple clients and their CMBS platforms. Matthew began his career in finance working in the Retail Banking and Financial Advising divisions of Wachovia/Wells Fargo, then at TIAA-CREF before making the transition into commercial real estate. Matthew earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
