Todd Castagna

Todd Castagna is the current Managing Director of Acquisitions for Bridge Opportunity Zones at Bridge Investment Group. Todd has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and has held various positions at different companies.

Todd started their career as a Portfolio Engineer at First Quadrant in 2008. Todd then became an Investment Banking Summer Associate for Credit Suisse in 2011. In 2012, they became an Adjunct Professor of Managerial Economics at Brigham Young University and also began working as a Vice President at RCLCO Real Estate Advisors.

In 2015, Todd left RCLCO to become the Director of Research at Bridge Investment Group. Todd then became Managing Director in 2017 and their current role is Managing Director of Acquisitions for Bridge Opportunity Zones.

Todd Castagna has an MBA in Finance from Brigham Young University and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University. Todd also has a master's degree in business administration from Brigham Young University.

They work with Rachel Mondelli - SVP, Bridge Property Management, Brian K. Hinds - Vice President, Bridge Opportunity Zones, and David Arteaga - Managing Director, Development, Bridge Opportunity Zones. Todd Castagna reports to David D. Coelho, Partner, Chief Strategy Officer & Chief Investment Officer, Bridge Opportunity Zones.
