Dr. Denise Bailey Clark has a diverse range of experience in human resources and leadership development. Dr. Denise Bailey Clark, is currently working as the Senior Vice President, People Operations & Partner at Bridge Philanthropic Consulting, LLC. In 2018, Dr. Clark founded Bailey Clark HR Consulting LLC, where they serve as CEO & Executive HR DEI Consultant/Executive Coach.

Prior to these roles, Dr. Clark held several positions in various organizations. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at the American Nurses Association as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development.
