Jennifer Jiles, MA, CSM has over 30 years of experience in journalism, corporate communication management, and strategic consulting. Jennifer began their career as a journalist before transitioning into corporate communication roles. Jennifer has written for various publications, including The Kansas City Business Journal, Atlanta Magazine, Fulton County Daily Report, and Atlanta Tribune: The Magazine. Throughout their career, they have conducted over 400 interviews with a diverse range of individuals.

In 2011, Jennifer founded 44 Consulting Group, LLC, a communications specialty company that offers strategic planning, fundraising communications, public relations, and crisis communication services. Some of their notable clients include Agnes Scott College, BET Networks, DoorDash, and Jazz at Lincoln Center.

Jennifer is also an experienced educator and has been a Faculty/Instructor of Communication, Public Relations, and Writing at Georgia State University since 1999.

Prior to their consulting work, Jennifer worked at Dell Technologies as a Global Communications Leader in the cyber security division. Jennifer was responsible for establishing the communications role within the division and provided communication leadership.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer held marketing and public relations positions at Clark Atlanta University, Walmart, Thurgood Marshall College Fund, and UPS.

Jennifer Jiles, MA, CSM, has a diverse education history. In 1988-1989, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in Media Communication at Webster University. Prior to that, they attended Avila University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication: Electronic Media. Jennifer recently completed a course in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Cornell University in 2023. In addition to their academic achievements, they hold a Certificate of Membership in Milestone Circles Alumnae from the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, which they obtained in January 2023. Jennifer is also a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certified by the Scrum Alliance, with certification achieved in October 2022.
