Richard Rusczyk

Richard Rusczyk is the Founder and CEO of Art of Problem Solving, a position held since May 2003, where Rusczyk authored several textbooks and developed courses for the company's accredited online school. In addition, Rusczyk serves as a Board Member for the Bridge to Enter Advanced Mathematics initiative, which aims to assist underserved students in achieving mathematical proficiency. Prior to this, Rusczyk was a Senior Vice President at D. E. Shaw & Co. from 1994 to 1998, specializing in trading fixed income debt in emerging markets. Rusczyk holds a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University, obtained in 1993.
