Stephanie L. Swenson

Stephanie L. Swenson has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Stephanie L. started their career in 1987 at Clarendon Ltd. as a Staff Accountant, where they were responsible for reconciling bank accounts and implementing an accounting system. Stephanie L. then joined Beacon Corporate Benefit Services in 1988 as an Accounting Supervisor, managing a team and handling various financial tasks such as preparing financial statements and tax returns.

In 1991, Stephanie moved to DIANON Systems and took on multiple roles, including Regional Controller, Assistant Controller, Manager, and Senior Accountant. During their time there, they played a crucial role in the successful integration with Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings, overseeing the conversion and troubleshooting of data across different departments. Stephanie L. also managed strategic initiatives and collaborated with various teams to ensure a smooth transition.

Stephanie joined ATMI in 2004 as an Audit Manager and Internal Auditor. Stephanie L. demonstrated their expertise by effectively managing compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and implementing SOX audit programs, resulting in increased efficiencies. Stephanie L. also provided value-added recommendations for process improvement, such as reducing processing time for inventory adjustments.

Subsequently, in 2009, Stephanie joined Aircastle as an Assistant Controller and later became the VP of Division and Accounting Policy. During their tenure, they oversaw financial operations and implemented accounting policies. Stephanie L.'scontributions played a crucial role in the company's growth and success.

Stephanie's most recent role was at Aspira Women's Health Inc., where they served as the Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting. Stephanie L. later transitioned into the role of Controller. Stephanie L.'sresponsibilities included managing the accounting and financial reporting functions, contributing to the company's financial strategy, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Currently, Stephanie works as the Corporate Controller at Bridge to Life Ltd., starting in 2023.

Stephanie L. Swenson received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University, where they pursued their studies from 1982 to 1987. Prior to that, Stephanie attended Notre Dame High School in Chattanooga, TN, although the specific dates of their enrollment remain unknown, as well as any completed degree or field of study.
