Christine Liu is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law, focusing on SEC reporting, corporate governance, and M&A transactions. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at BridgeBio since April 2023, Liu previously held the position of Vice President, Senior Associate General Counsel at Myovant Sciences, where responsibilities included corporate finance and risk management. With prior roles at Blackhawk Network, Cooley LLP, O'Melveny & Myers LLP, Sidley Austin LLP, and other prestigious firms, Liu has managed complex legal matters across various industries and jurisdictions.
