Souhiela Fawaz

Souhiela Fawaz is currently serving as the Associate Director and Senior Medical Science Liaison at BridgeBio since November 2023. Previously, Souhiela worked at AstraZeneca from April 2021 to November 2023 as a Medical Science Liaison, focusing on ATTR Amyloidosis and the Renal Cardio Therapeutic Area. Prior roles include Assistant Professor of Social and Administrative Pharmacy at Chapman University from August 2015 to April 2021, Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Michigan from February 2014 to July 2015, and various clinical and retail pharmacist positions across Australia. Souhiela obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medicine Use and Safety from Monash University in 2014, following a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from the same institution in 2008.
