Job description

Bridgehead IT is seeking a motivated, well-spoken Territory Manager to join our sales team for the Houston Texas market. We are currently looking for an experienced candidate seeking a new path in their career at Bridgehead IT.

A Territory Manager is responsible for managing sales activities within an assigned geographical area. They are responsible for implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and managing sales performance. Their primary responsibility is to achieve sales targets by building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. A Territory Manager must coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, oversee the sales process, and gather feedback to improve the sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing & Building Customer Relationships

  • Developing & Implementing Sales Plans

  • Identifying new business opportunities

  • Analyzing sales data

  • Performing regular market research

  • Meeting sales targets

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

  • Proficiency in CRM software.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Self-motivation, integrity, and a willingness to learn in a team environment.

  • Exceptional customer service & sales skills.

  • Analytical & Data Interpretation skills.

  • Ability to achieve targets.

  • Ability to work independently and with a team

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 years related technology sales experience in Houston area and/or training.
