Gino DiDomenico

Gino DiDomenico has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Gino is currently the Director of IT/Insco at Bridgehead IT since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a VIRTUAL CIO at Integris from 2021 to 2023. Before Integris, they served as the Director of IT and Operations at Rx Technology, where they revamped the support organization and aligned the support team with Customer Success. Gino also worked as the Manager of Infrastructure Services at Rackspace from 2015 to 2020, where they were responsible for building and supporting a multifaceted team to deliver optimized customer support. Prior to Rackspace, they held the position of Manager of Client Services at Digital Defense, Inc., where they led a client advocate team and improved customer service metrics. Gino also has experience as a Dedicated Support Manager at PEER 1 Hosting, where they managed a remote team and provided support to customers. Gino'searly career includes working as a Customer Engineer Team Lead at EMC, where they played a key role in re-establishing data centers after the 9/11 Twin Tower attack and trained technicians on a new ticket system.
