Responsibilities:

  • As a Business Development Representative you will succeed by setting qualified meetings for our Account Executives to close
  • Be trained within the first 30 Days on Hawksearch's solutions and best practices
  • Prospect and send strategic emails to set up 10+ meetings per week for Account Executives to conduct
  • Track all activity in the Salesforce CRM
  • Conduct relevant cold call and email campaigns

Requirements:

  • Be self-motivated. We need professionals who can think for themselves and take action. You will be fully supported by a dynamite team but we need people on the attack.
  • Be a hunter. We have a large database in our Salesforce CRM but we need people who are hungry for more and will find new opportunities through targeted email campaigns.
  • Identify. Be able to qualify a prospect and match them to an appropriate solution.
  • Have Persistence. If at first, you don’t get a meeting… try again. Find new angles and new contacts to lock in a meeting.
  • Be confident. No one wants to buy from someone who doesn't believe in what they are selling.
  • Have persuasion. You will never be able to sell the solution if you can't first sell the     meeting. Companies need what we offer, get them to see that.
  • Coachability. You will have a lot of help and direction from both managers and Account Executives, those who listen will succeed!
