David Bizzaro

David Bizzaro has a diverse range of work experience in finance and consulting roles. David began their career in 2001 as CFO for Ciena Communications in the Asia Pacific region. David then moved on to become the Finance Director for Avaya's Corporate Centers. In 2005, they joined Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated as their Senior Vice President of International Finance, where they led the finance organization across multiple countries and successfully launched startup operations in India and Costa Rica.

After leaving Sykes Enterprises, David founded The IFC Group, a boutique consulting firm that offered outsourced international CFO services to middle-market companies operating overseas. David served as the firm's Founder and Managing Partner, working with clients such as TARA Minerals Corp.

In 2007, they joined High Street Partners as Vice President of International Operations, where they continued to gain experience in international finance and operations.

David then became Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of SPi Global, the largest Filipino-owned business process outsourcing (BPO) company. David provided strategic financial guidance to the board and executive leadership team, spearheaded successful acquisitions and a carve-out, and implemented a successful foreign exchange hedging strategy. Additionally, they worked closely with business unit leaders to achieve significant revenue growth and increased valuation, leading to the successful sale of SPi to private equity investors.

Following their time at SPi Global, David joined vcfo as a Consulting CFO. David provided financial consulting services to various organizations until 2018 when they joined Global Accounting & Advisory Services as a Financial Business Consultant.

Most recently, in 2019, David joined Bridgepoint Consulting as a Consulting CFO. David then assumed the role of Director of the Denver Market in September 2020, overseeing operations and providing financial leadership in the Denver region.

David Bizzaro has an International MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business. David also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Spanish from Beloit College. Furthermore, David has completed the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School, where they focused on Driving Corporate Performance. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the CMA (Certified Management Accountant) from the Institute of Management Accountants and holds a Certificate of Business Spanish from the Spanish Chamber of Commerce.
