Jen Wanous is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at Bridger Management LLC since September 2014, overseeing culinary operations for a company of 25 people. With a diverse background as a Personal Chef, specializing in gluten-free, dairy-free, and pre/post natal nutrition, as well as working as a Restaurant Consultant, Jen has contributed to the success of various culinary projects. Previous roles include Event Director at StarChefs.com, where Jen managed a large-scale culinary symposium, and Events Manager at Global Fund for Women, coordinating fundraising events. Academically, Jen holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business, a B.A. in Community Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Chef degree from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts.
