Allen Brown

Allen Brown has a diverse and extensive work experience. Allen started their career in 1996 at Marriott International, where they held the position of Project Director. During their time there, they managed the company's workforce development program, Pathways to Independence, in multiple hotels across the United States.

In 2001, Allen joined Bridges From School To Work, initially serving as a Senior Program Director until 2015. During this time, they gained valuable experience and knowledge in guiding and supporting the organization's programs in major cities across the country. Allen also played a significant role in writing and editing various documents such as policies, procedures, proposals, reports, and marketing collateral.

Following their role as a Senior Program Director, Allen took on the position of Director of Operations at Bridges From School To Work. In this role, they provided guidance and support to the organization's programs in multiple cities and had the responsibility for writing and editing various documents.

After two years in this position, Allen became the Communications Lead & Grant Writer, showcasing their skills and expertise in communication and writing.
