Britta Carlson is an experienced professional in mentorship and event facilitation, currently serving as Field Staff at Bridges International since September 2018, where responsibilities include mentoring international undergraduate students at Arizona State University, organizing digital events, and leading team meetings via Zoom. Previously, Britta contributed to Cru as a team member from May 2016 to August 2018, where event organization and student mentorship were key duties. Earlier experience includes managing a pool and leading a team at Foothills Park & Recreation District, teaching swim lessons, and ensuring safety protocols. Britta's career began as a Kitchen Assistant at Mrs. B's Tea Parlor and a Buyback Associate at Tradesmart. Britta holds a Bachelor of Science from Colorado Christian University with a minor in Communication and Business Administration.
