Michael Frazee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development within the retail sector, particularly at Bridgestone since joining in 2002. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Learning and Development, Michael focuses on enhancing the capabilities of store, area, and region leaders to drive business success, while previously managing leadership development programs for over 2,200 stores. Michael's diverse roles include positions such as Store Manager and Customer Service Education Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed training and supporting staff in customer service excellence. Michael holds an MBA in Management & Leadership from Liberty University and a degree in Youth Counseling & Missions from Baptist Bible College.
