Monique Harr

Monique Harr is an experienced professional in learning technology and instructional design with a strong background in project management and training program development. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning Technology at Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC since August 2020, Monique leads the implementation of a new learning management system for a vast network of retail locations. Previous roles include instructional design at Amedisys, where Monique developed e-learning content and managed multiple training initiatives, and LifeWay Christian Resources, where Monique enhanced employee training and engagement. With earlier experience in learning and development management at Classic Party Rentals and sales positions at Clinique, Monique demonstrates a commitment to improving performance and fostering a positive organizational culture. Monique holds a BA in Theater from the University of Northern Colorado.
