Emily Gardiner

Emily Gardiner is the Head of People at BridgeU. Emily has held this position since July 2018. Prior to that, they were the HR Manager at British Rowing from July 2015 to July 2018.

Gardiner is responsible for setting up a modern paperless HR filing system, leading two restructures, creating and issuing company policy documents, creating a new recruitment process, redesigning the performance review process, dealing with staff grievances and disciplinary matters, supporting the achievement of Investors in People award, delivering a Management Skills training programme, advising Directors and line managers on best practice, and attending off the job training and networking events.

Emily Gardiner has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Birkbeck, University of London. Emily also has a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD and a French and Drama degree from Royal Holloway, University of London.
