Dr. N. Will Anyu

Dr. N. Will Anyu has a diverse range of work experiences. In 2014, they founded Will Anyu Speaks, an educational consulting company that focuses on supporting marginalized students and providing tailored experiences for high school and higher education audiences. In 2020, they also founded VOBF LLC, which aims to promote and uplift Black creators and innovators.

Throughout their career, Dr. Anyu has held various roles at different organizations. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as an instructor at TeenSharp, an organization that provides educational opportunities for underrepresented students. Dr. N. Will also worked as a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania in 2022 and held positions at the University of Pennsylvania earlier in their career, serving as an assistant director for operations and programs and a program coordinator.

Additionally, Dr. Anyu has experience in executive search firms. Dr. N. Will worked as a senior associate at Hobbs & Towne, Inc. from 2020 to 2021, before the firm was acquired. Dr. N. Will then joined True Search as a senior associate in 2021-2022, where they focused on placing strategic talent for tech-focused companies.

Most recently, Dr. Anyu joined GoGuardian in 2023 as a senior program manager for equity research and development.

Dr. N. Will Anyu has a diverse education history. Dr. N. Will began their academic journey in 2010 at North Carolina Central University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Broadcast Media. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2013, they pursued further education at the same institution. Dr. N. Will obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from North Carolina Central University in 2016.

Dr. N. Will Anyu's quest for knowledge continued, and they joined the prestigious University of Pennsylvania in 2017. Over the course of four years, they engaged in rigorous study and research, culminating in the attainment of the degree of Doctor of Education (EdD) in Higher Education in 2021.

To enrich their professional profile, Dr. N. Will Anyu also obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in January 2023.
