Julian Colletti

Julian Colletti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and financial consulting. As Director of Compensation and Team Lead for Benefits at Bridgewater Associates since November 2015, Julian has honed expertise in compensation strategy. Prior to this role, Julian worked as a Senior Analyst at McLagan, where responsibilities included executing financial and strategic consulting projects and publishing annual compensation surveys. Earlier career experience includes positions as an Analyst in Global Investment Solutions at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and as an intern in investment analysis at both Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Julian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, earned between 2008 and 2011.
