Gina Verne, MPA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in various leadership and consulting roles.
Starting in 1997 at Catholic Charities Newark, Gina served as an Assertive Community Treatment Team Leader, overseeing a multidisciplinary outreach team and implementing clinical treatment for adults with mental illness. During this time, they also developed and conducted a management coaching program for the entire organization.
In 2002, Gina joined Bridgeway Rehabilitation Services as the Director of PACT Programs and NJ PACT Training and Technical Assistance, where they supervised two NJ ACT Programs and provided training and technical assistance to the NJ Assertive Community Treatment programs. Gina also chaired and organized the Annual NJ PACT Conference.
From 2008 to 2012, Gina worked as the Director of Operations at Bridgeway Rehabilitation Services, responsible for supervising administrative departments and providing training and consultation within NJ and nationally. Gina played a key role in restructuring the Human Resources department and improving overall efficiencies.
In 2014, Gina became the Director of Operations at Zumbro House, Inc., where they supervised program director-level staff and implemented communication initiatives to improve cohesion and performance. Gina also oversaw programs, staff performance, and operations management to ensure high-quality service provision.
Gina also worked as a self-employed consultant since 2012, providing management, operations, human resources, and training consultation to non-profit, behavioral health, and government organizations. Gina'sservices included strategic planning, organizational assessment, grant writing, staff development, and curriculum design and training.
Gina briefly served as a Human Resources Executive at LeaderStat in 2021 before joining Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services in 2022 as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Gina is responsible for realigning the workforce and resource management, lead grant management, and restructuring the Human Resources department to support organizational growth and environmental change.

Gina Verne holds a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Penn State University. Gina also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution. In addition, Gina Verne is a certified SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, which they obtained from the Society For Human Resource Management. Furthermore, they completed a Certificate Program in Training Skills from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick, specifically from the School of Social Work Institute for Families Continuing Education and Professional Development Program in 2011. In December 2018, Gina Verne obtained two more certifications as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
