Matt Chrystal LPC, NCC, ACS is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mental health counseling and behavioral health services. Currently serving as Team Leader at Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services, Matt oversees the clinical and administrative aspects of residential support services while also working as an Intensive In-Community Therapist at Brightside Family Services. In addition to these roles, Matt teaches graduate-level courses at Kean University and operates a social event production company, BeardNJ LLC, which hosts various community events.
