Kenneth Halkin has a diverse work experience spanning several high-level positions. Kenneth currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Bridgewell since February 2020. Prior to this, they held the same role at Greater Lynn Senior Services, Inc. from August 2011 to February 2020. Kenneth also operated their own management consulting firm, Kenneth C. Halkin Management Consulting, from January 2005 to February 2020, where they provided services to private business owners and non-profit organizations. Additionally, they were a founding member and co-managing partner at the Aspiring Entrepreneur's Guild from October 2010 to October 2014. In the earlier years of their career, Kenneth served as the President/CEO of Tri-City Behavioral Health Care from January 2002 to November 2004, and as the Executive Vice President from July 1984 to February 2004.

Kenneth Halkin holds an MBA degree from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, which they obtained from 1977 to 1979. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Stony Brook University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology between 1973 and 1977. In addition to their formal education, Kenneth Halkin has also obtained further certifications. In 1979, they received a Certificate of Health Services Administration from Cornell University. Later, in 2006, they obtained the Accredited Business Advisor certification from the Institute for Independent Business.
