Matthew Giordmaina currently serves as the Global Head of Reconciliations and London Asset Servicing in Product and Client Operations at Man Group, having been appointed to strengthen business operations for future growth. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions at Pictet Asset Management as an Operations Team Manager and at Jupiter Asset Management Limited as an Oversight and Integration Manager. Matthew's career began at Schroders, where notable promotions included Team Leader for Reconciliations & Integration Controls and Global Portfolio Accounting Team Leader, with a key contribution as a Subject Matter Expert for a significant system transformation. Additionally, Matthew contributes to the community as a mentor for young individuals through Bridging Barriers. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Brighton.
