Hermann Löh has a diverse and extensive work experience. Hermann started their career as a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company in 1995, where they worked on Technology and Innovation Management projects in various industries. In 2002, they joined CeTIM as the Deputy Head of Research, leading and participating in European and industrial projects on technology management and virtual collaboration. In 2006, they co-founded VEA - Virtual Enterprise Architects BV and served as the CEO until 2012. In their role, they were responsible for the overall management and operations of the company. Since 2012, Hermann has been working at BridgingIT GmbH, initially as a Management Consultant focusing on collaboration, knowledge management, and innovation, and currently as the Head of Competence Center Process Digitization. In this role, they lead a team of experts who support organizations in their initiatives for process digitization and automation.

Hermann Löh began their education in 1989 at Technische Universität Darmstadt, where they pursued a Vordiplom in Mechanical Engineering until 1991. Following this, they enrolled at RWTH Aachen University from 1991 to 1995, earning a Dipl.Ing. degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Design. Continuing their academic journey, Löh pursued a PhD at Imperial College London from 1998 to 2000 in the field of Computer Aided System Engineering and Supply Chain Management.
