Jason Kleppen is an experienced plant and production manager with a career spanning several notable companies in the food and ingredients industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. since May 2023, Jason previously held the role of Production Manager at Sargento Foods from December 2017 to June 2023, and at Winona Foods from December 2014 to April 2016. Prior to these roles, Jason worked at Central Garden and Pet for 18 years, progressing from Shift Supervisor to Plant Manager. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rasmussen University, an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College, and a LSS Green Belt certification.
