Alyssa Corrao-Bal has a range of work experience in different roles and industries. In 2014, they worked as an English Language Assistant and Receptionist at LE CLUB DES LANGUES, where they provided assistance in both French and English and organized lessons and group events. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a French Language Ambassador at multiple primary schools, including Airyhall Primary School, Braehead Primary School, and Scotstown Primary School. In 2017, they were also a BP Student Tutor at MAckie Academy. In 2018, they worked as an Au Pair for a private family. Alyssa Corrao-Bal completed their high school education at Sun Valley Community School from 2008 to 2012, earning a High School Diploma. Alyssa then pursued a Bachelor's degree in French at the University of Aberdeen from 2012 to 2017, obtaining a Master of Arts (MA). In 2020, they enrolled at IÉSEG School of Management and completed a Master of Science (MS) in International Business Negotiations in 2021. Alyssa has also acquired additional certifications including a Diploma in Key Account Management from The Association for Key Account Management in November 2021, and several LinkedIn certifications such as "How to Rock an Interview," "Job Searching, Interviewing, and Negotiating Salary," "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself," "LinkedIn Quick Tips," obtained in January 2021. Additionally, they received PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) certification from Disclosure Scotland in January 2016.
