Julie Franklin

Julie L. Franklin was appointed student life vice president on August 1, 2019. Prior to her appointment, she served as the director of Residence Life for 20 years.

Franklin earned an MBA from Brigham Young University. She holds a bachelor’s in International Relations, also from BYU.
