Victor Leiner

Victor Leiner is an experienced professional in people operations and talent acquisition, currently serving as the People Operations & Talent Acquisition Lead at both Brightside Academy and Kutamani Developmental Services since September 2025. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Design Services at Lulu and Georgia, where Victor led a multi-disciplinary design/operations team, achieving significant revenue growth.
