Matthew Bonewell has a diverse culinary and product development background, currently serving as a Senior/Lead NPD Technologist at BBF Limited since October 2020. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as an NPD Technician at Quorn Foods from February 2018 to October 2020. Matthew's culinary experience includes positions as Chef de Partie at The Westwood Restaurant and The Star @ Sancton, and as Commis Chef at various establishments, including 1884 Dock Street Kitchen, where the restaurant won the Best Restaurant in Yorkshire White Rose Award in 2013. Matthew also held a Commis Chef position at Lazaat, managing starter and dessert sections while organizing functions. Matthew's journey in the culinary industry began at Pipe and Glass Inn. Education was completed at South Hunsley School.
