Courtney is from Andover, Connecticut and has the best “teacher” voice from her years spent giving tours at the Rhode Island State House while studying at Johnson and Wales University in Providence. She’s a Certified Sommelier, a Certified Cheese Professional, and loves sharing her wine and cheese knowledge with others. Fittingly, her favorite thing about Milwaukee is the food, especially the cheese curds. And her favorite wine pairing is a glass of Ruby Port with Gorgonzola and fig jam.
