James Everest

James Everest has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades, with a focus on operations management and process optimization. James is currently employed as the SVP of Operations at Bright Direction Dental since 2023. Prior to this, James worked at Vein Clinics of America, where they held various roles such as Vice President of Operations, Senior Director of Operations, and Director of Process Optimization. In these positions, they demonstrated their ability to drive profitable business growth, lead strategic turnarounds, and implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives to increase efficiency and profitability.

Before joining Vein Clinics of America, James worked at IDEXX as a Senior Product Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, where they led the strategic direction for pre-analytical services, implemented process improvement projects, and provided training and coaching to improve operations across regions. James also served as Controller, managing financial operations and analysis for the US Laboratory Operations and Global Pathology Business.

James started their career at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Assistant Controller and worked at Timberland as a Principal Financial Analyst. At Philips, they served as a Supply Chain Cost Analyst in the Medical Division. Throughout their career, James has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive results, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional teams.

James Everest holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Finance & Business Development from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2011.
