Ilana Brown

Ilana Brown is an experienced operations and customer success professional with a background in advising startups and leading teams across various industries. Currently serving as an Operations Advisor at Bright Harbor since October 2024, Ilana supports client operations in recovery efforts following natural disasters. Previously held roles include VP of Customer Success at Sunset, Head of Customer Success at Co:Create, and VP of Customer Success at SEVENROOMS, overseeing global client relations and customer strategies. Ilana co-founded Frontline Foods to support local restaurants during the COVID-19 pandemic and has contributed as an advisor for Selfbook while engaging in pop-up city projects with Zuzalu. Educationally, Ilana holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Business from the University of Rhode Island.
