Donald Richards

Donald Richards has had an extensive career in business development and corporate development. Donald started off as a Financial Analyst at Electronic Data Systems in 1986 and then moved on to work as an Associate at Bingham McCutchen from 1992 to 1997. Richards then joined Iron Mountain Incorporated as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, where they played a key role in the company's growth from $200 million to $2 billion in revenue. Following their tenure at Iron Mountain, they became a Partner at NorthShore Capital Advisors and later at Mirus Capital Advisors, where they were responsible for sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing various transaction mandates across a wide range of industries. Richards then took on the role of Senior Director of Corporate Development at Kronos from 2010 to 2011 before serving as Principal at DPR Consulting in 2011. In 2012, they joined Bright Horizons as Vice President of Business Development.

Donald Richards attended South Eugene High School from 1979 to 1982. Donald then went on to graduate from Oregon State University in 1986 with a BS, High Honors, in Finance/International Business. Later, Donald completed their Juris Doctor degree in Law from Cornell Law School in 1992.
