Julie Parmenter

Julie Parmenter has extensive work experience in the field of leadership and operations. Julie started their career in 2005 at Bright Horizons, where they held various roles including Regional Manager and Vice President of Operations. In their roles at Bright Horizons, they were responsible for setting strategic goals, ensuring staff and client satisfaction, implementing recruitment and retention plans, and developing future leaders within the organization. In 2014, Julie joined The Heart Leader as a Professional Leadership Coach.

Julie Parmenter completed a Master's degree in Human Development and Adult Education from Pacific Oaks College from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology and Women's Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1987 and 1989. Julie also pursued Transformational Life Coaching at inviteCHANGE from 2013 to 2015. Their high school education was completed at Mount Carmel High School, but no specific dates or degrees were provided.
