Susan Bonsor

Vice President, Back Up Care Program at Bright Horizons

Susan Bonsor has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Susan began their career in 1977 as the Director of Passenger Services at Norwegian Cruise Line and Royal Viking Line. Susan then joined Walt Disney World in 1996, where they served as the Manager of Reservations & Group Sales for Disney Cruise Line and later became a Project Champion for Walt Disney World. In 2005, Susan joined Bright House Networks as a Senior Director of Customer Care and Inbound Sales, and they held this position until 2014. Susan then joined ReedGroup in 2014, where they first served as the Senior Site Director of Colorado Customer Operations and later became the Vice President of Customer Operations until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Susan worked as the Director of Customer Support at Alchemer. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of the Back Up Care Program at Bright Horizons, which they have held since 2022.

From 2001 to 2003, Susan Bonsor attended the University of Phoenix, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management.
