Yvonne Willis Lynch

Yvonne Willis Lynch has over 25 years of extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Yvonne started their career at UCC Students' Union as the Vice President/Welfare Officer. Yvonne then worked at Ornua North America, where they held multiple positions in the sales and marketing department, demonstrating exceptional growth and introducing new revenue channels. Yvonne also worked at Staples as the National Marketing Manager, responsible for developing marketing plans and providing training to salespeople. Yvonne then joined Anglo Irish Bank Corporation Ltd as an Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Treasury Group, where they achieved growth targets and built a successful sales team. Yvonne's most recent experience is with Bright Horizons, where they initially served as the Director of Client Relations and gradually progressed to Vice President and ultimately the Group Vice President. Yvonne excelled in leading account management teams and enhancing client relationships. Yvonne also played a crucial role in the operational strategy for the Back-Up Care program and has been the Vice President of Employee and Community Engagement, focusing on employee engagement and corporate social responsibility. Additionally, they serve as the President of the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children. Throughout their career, Yvonne has consistently shown dedication and skill in talent development and achieving business goals.

Yvonne Willis Lynch holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, with a focus on Business and Social Innovation intensity. Yvonne also obtained a H.Dip from University College Cork, specializing in Cooperative Organization, Food Marketing, and Rural Development. Furthermore, they received a Certificate in Quality Management from Munster Technological University, and a BSc. (Hons) degree in Microbiology from University College Cork. Additionally, Yvonne has obtained certifications in EPS01x: From Corporate Social Responsibility to Corporate Social Innovation from BabsonX, Large Account Management Process - Strategic Planning for Protecting and Growing Key Accounts from Miller Heiman Group, and completed a Leadership Development Program at Boston University Corporate Education Center in 2011.
