Wes Kapsa

Wes is an experienced go-to-market leader known for delivering results at disruptive companies while also building high-performing teams. Prior to joining Bright Machines, he focused on customer success and driving a stable pipeline as Area Vice President at Anaplan. Previously, he held leadership roles at NetSuite, Plex Systems, and Oracle, where was recognized as a global top 10 account executive. Wes holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Oregon.
