Michelle H.

Michelle H. has over 20 years of work experience in the IT and healthcare industries. Michelle began their career in 1997 as the IT Helpdesk Manager at North Seattle College, where they were responsible for coordinating IT services and support to a 2,000-node network. In 2002, they joined Novell as a Technical Support Engineer and Program/Project Manager, where they supported French-language enterprise customers and ran a support testing lab. In 2009, they joined Zynx Health as a Lead Editor/Technical Writer and Staff Editor, where they managed digital evidence-based clinical decision support content and edited online evidence-based clinical decision support content. Finally, in 2017, they joined Bright.md as a Content Developer.

Michelle H. has a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Washington State University, a Master's Degree in French from Washington State University, and a CNE certification from Novell. Michelle also has studied French Literature at the University of Washington.
