Nick Lukens has a wealth of experience in the IT industry. Nick began their career in 2006 as an IT Technician at Daverci Solutions. In 2008, they moved to Marquis Companies, where they held the roles of System Administrator and Help Desk Specialist. In 2018, they became a System Engineer at Structured Communication Systems. In 2019, they joined KPA as a Technical Support Specialist II and Bright.md as a Customer Service Support Manager and Integration Engineer.

Nick Lukens obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon between 1997 and 2001. Nick also holds a certification in UX Design from Springboard.
