Timothy Hayes

Timothy Hayes is a Principal Data Scientist at Bright MLS since June 2021, previously serving as a Staff Data Scientist at Remine from February 2017 to June 2021, where significant contributions included the development and automation of various predictive models using Databricks and Pyspark, along with performance testing and data analysis. Timothy also held the role of Senior Data Scientist at Remine, focusing on data analysis of public records and the creation of the Buyscore model. Prior academic experience includes a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Drexel University, where research focused on spline sheaves, and extensive teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant across various mathematics courses. Timothy holds dual Bachelor's Degrees in Philosophy and Mathematics from Messiah University, along with a Master's Degree in Mathematics from Drexel University.
