Shilpa Smita

Shilpa Smita has a wealth of experience in the customer service and hospitality industries. Shilpa began their career in 2010 as a Reservations Officer at Oman Airways, where they suggested packages and amenities to guests, answered incoming phone calls, and provided essential travel information. In 2011, they joined Jet Airways as a Human Resources Assistant, where they assisted with meetings and presentations, managed employee exit interviews and paperwork, and maintained and scheduled complex calendars. Shilpa was later promoted to Cabin Supervisor in the same company. Most recently, Shilpa Smita joined Bright Money in 2022 as a Senior Customer Success Representative.

Shilpa Smita attended Carmel Convent Medium School Phulbani, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Science.
